Your data belongs to your clinic. Cancel at any time and we will export every patient record, visit, prescription, and invoice as a standard file you can take to another system. Nothing is held hostage.
Practeca is built around how your receptionist already works — phone in hand, WhatsApp open, calendar on the screen. There is no separate training day or certification. Founding-partner clinics get a 30-minute onboarding call with the founder, and receptionists are typically booking, checking in, and invoicing patients by the end of their first shift.
Yes. Patient records, prescription pads (Rosheta), and WhatsApp messages to patients all support Arabic natively alongside English. Your receptionist and doctor can use the interface in English while your patients receive Arabic messages — or the reverse. Full right-to-left interface support is on the roadmap.
Yes. We help every founding-partner clinic import existing patient records, appointment history, and prescription templates at no cost. For clinics moving from Vezeeta, paper records, or another EMR, reply to business@practeca.com with a description of your current setup and we will scope the migration.
Currently Practeca sends WhatsApp messages through a shared sandbox number while we finalise clinic-specific WhatsApp Business API provisioning. Clinic-branded WhatsApp (messages going out from your own clinic name) is on the active roadmap. Your patients already recognise the content and language as yours.
Your patient data is hosted in the EU on Supabase (GDPR-compliant infrastructure). Every record is encrypted at rest and in transit; patient archive/restore and billing events are logged in an audit trail; visit and prescription history is preserved via soft deletes; and row-level security means no clinic can ever see another clinic's data.
